Helping our alumni maintain contact with NMSU is an important responsibility of our office. Electronic newsletters help us accomplish this task. Alumni who want to receive these newsletters need to be sure they have shared their e-mail addresses with our office.
Aggie Update – The Alumni newsletter covers the activities planned by chapters throughout the year, enabling more alumni to learn about events planned in their areas in a timely fashion so that they can plan to participate. It also focuses on the events organized by the Alumni Association satellite office in Santa Fe and the activities of alumni living in that region of New Mexico. We welcome your suggestions for items to include in this newsletter.
Aggie Panorama is published twice a year (summer and winter). It is mailed to all university alumni using the addresses that we currently have in our database. This magazine is designed to keep Aggies connected with their alma mater and each other.
Aggie Research is published each spring. This magazine highlights many of the university’s exciting research programs and their impact on faculty and students…on campus and beyond.
In 2005 New Mexico State University Office of Advancement launched two new e-mail publications — NMSU enews and esports. These are sent to all friends and alumni who have shared their e-mail addresses with us. If you are interested in subscribing to one or both, please fill out this form.
NMSU enews — “View from A-Mountain” — goes at the beginning of each month. It focuses on recent campus news and achievements of faculty and students as well as university activities that effect the state and nation.
NMSU esports — “Ring the Victory Bell” — is also sent at the beginning of the month. It focuses on news from Aggie Athletics and honors that come to coaches and athletes.
