Chip-in Club Message
from the NM State Men's Golf Head Coach
My commitment to the program is to build upon the foundation that has been laid, by continuing to win WAC Championships and, in the end, being in that last match at the National Championship! Most of all, we want to represent our community in a way that everyone can be proud of.
I want to let each of you know how you can help us reach our goals. The men’s golf program needs to enhance the budget each and every year. Our goal is to raise $85,000 per year. The money that is raised will go to improve two main areas in the budget: scholarships and team travel. For us to compete in the National Championship we must be able to bring in the best players from all over this country, as well as from abroad. We have to fund our program to the full extent that the NCAA will allow for scholarships and we must be able to travel to the best tournaments.
We have started the Chip-in Club to help enhance the NMSU Men’s Golf team budget. Contributions can be made through an automatic monthly credit card deduction program. The Chip-in Club has three levels:
1. PAR – $25 monthly deduction ($300/yr)
2. BIRDIE - $50 monthly deduction ($600/yr)
3. AGGIE - $100 monthly deduction ($1,200/yr)
