New Mexico State University Alumni Association will recognize three outstanding graduates from NMSU Grants for their leadership,
participation in university and community events, honors received
and their grade point average.
* Stacy Madrid - Associate of Arts Degree
* Louis Bear Eagle - Associate in Applied Science - Creative Media
* Emilio G. Peña - Associate of General Studies
Please join us as we honor and welcome them as new members
in the Alumni Association and encourage them to continue their
education at New Mexico State University.
Entrée choice (Menu choice to be selected at luncheon):
Enchiladas
Two corn tortillas stuffed with cheddar cheese with your choice of beef or chicken, topped with your choice of red or green chili, baked and served with rice, beans and tortilla.
Cobb Salad
Avocado, bacon, tomato, hardboiled egg and poached chicken all arranged on a bed of romaine lettuce and topped with fresh green onion served with homemade dressing of your choice.
La Ventana Burger
One half pound of choice ground sirloin, charbroiled to order and topped with your choice of swiss, mozzarella or cheddar cheese and green chile.
All entrées served with your choice of a soft drink or iced tea
and dessert.
