The objective of the Association is to promote cooperative and joint action with its members, to benefit the University, its students, and its alumni.
International Board of Directors
All lawful powers for business and affairs of the Association shall be managed under the direction of the International Board of Directors and its Executive Council. The Board delegates its authority to its officers and to its committees. Unless otherwise limited, the Executive Council of the International Board of Directors is hereby delegated full power and responsibility for the operations of the Association. Executive Council
The Executive Council consists of four officers of the Association and ten persons elected from the regular Membership of the Association. The President-Elect of the Association becomes the President at the end of their term. The President becomes the Past-President at the end of their term. The President and President-Elect serve one full year beginning July 1 of the fiscal year following their election. The Secretary/Treasurer also serves one full year beginning July 1 of the fiscal year following their election.
