From scholarships to life changing opportunities and financial assistance, gifts from Crimson Colleagues make a difference for students and strengthens the NMSU System.

If you have made a gift, through a one-time contribution or payroll gift, you are a Crimson Colleague, and you are already transforming the lives of students, like Erika Araiza.

Erika was one of four NMSU-Doña Ana students selected from over 1,000 applicants around the world to attend the Grace Hopper Celebration of  Women in Computing Conference in Houston last month. The conference is the world's largest gathering of women technologists!

"I am so thankful for the the Women in Technology (WIT) advisors that believed in me. I was able to join over 12,000 women who came together from all over the world to share their knowledge in technology. Without the support of the faculty at DACC, the advisors in the Women in Technology (WIT) program and the support of donors, I would not have had this amazing opportunity." - Erika

As a result of attending the conference, Erika has since been selected for an internship and has transferred to the College of Engineering Information Technology program at the NMSU campus.

There has never been a better time to become a Crimson Colleague!
